2. Hvilke oplysninger vi indsamler

Når du besøger vores hjemmeside eller køber en billet til et af vores arrangementer, kan vi behandle følgende oplysninger om dig:

Kontaktoplysninger: Navn, e-mailadresse, telefonnummer, land.

Faglige oplysninger (ved billetkøb): Arbejdsplads, profession, jobtitel.

Praktiske oplysninger (ved billetkøb): Diætetiske behov, tilgængelighedsbehov, hvor du hørte om arrangementet.

Betalingsoplysninger: Vi modtager ikke selv dine kortoplysninger. Disse håndteres direkte af Stripe, vores betalingsudbyder.

Tekniske oplysninger: IP-adresse, browsertype, enhedstype og hvordan du bruger hjemmesiden. Disse data indsamles via cookies og lignende teknologier (se afsnit 4).

3. Hvorfor vi behandler dine oplysninger og retsgrundlag

Vi behandler dine oplysninger til følgende formål:

  • At gennemføre dit billetkøb og afvikle arrangementet Retsgrundlag: Opfyldelse af kontrakt (GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra b)

  • Vores revisor og bogfører (regnskabsmæssig behandling)

  • Hotellet eller konferencestedet (kun navnelister, hvis det er nødvendigt for adgang)

Vi sælger aldrig dine oplysninger til tredjeparter.

6. Overførsler til lande uden for EU/EØS

Nogle af vores samarbejdspartnere (Stripe, Squarespace, Google, Meta, LinkedIn) er amerikanske virksomheder, og dine oplysninger kan derfor blive overført til USA. Disse overførsler sker på baggrund af EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser (SCC'er) og/eller EU-US Data Privacy Framework, som giver et passende beskyttelsesniveau.

7. Hvor længe vi opbevarer dine oplysninger

  • Ordreoplysninger og bilag: 5 år (jf. bogføringsloven)

  • Kontaktoplysninger til arrangementer: Op til 12 måneder efter arrangementet

  • Nyhedsbreve og marketing: Indtil du afmelder dig

  • Cookie-baserede analyser: Maksimalt 14 måneder

8. Dine rettigheder

Som registreret har du følgende rettigheder:

  • Ret til indsigt — du kan få oplyst hvilke data vi behandler om dig

  • Ret til berigtigelse — du kan få rettet ukorrekte oplysninger

  • Ret til sletning — du kan i nogle tilfælde få slettet dine oplysninger

  • Ret til begrænsning — du kan i nogle tilfælde få begrænset behandlingen

  • Ret til dataportabilitet — du kan få udleveret dine data i maskinlæsbart format

  • Ret til indsigelse — du kan gøre indsigelse mod behandling baseret på legitime interesser

When you visit our website or buy a ticket to one of our events, we may process the following information about you:

Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, country.

Professional information (when buying a ticket): Workplace, profession, job title.

Practical information (when buying a ticket): Dietary requirements, accessibility needs, how you heard about the event.

Payment information: We do not receive your card details ourselves. These are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type and how you use the website. This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

3. Why we process your data and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Processing your ticket purchase and delivering the event Legal basis: Performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))

5. Who we share your data with

We only share data with partners who help us run our business:

  • Our accountant and bookkeeper (financial processing)

  • The venue or hotel (name lists only, if required for access)

We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our partners (Stripe, Squarespace, Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are American companies, so your data may be transferred to the US. Such transfers take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provide an adequate level of protection.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Order data and receipts: 5 years (Danish Bookkeeping Act)

  • Event contact information: Up to 12 months after the event

  • Newsletter and marketing: Until you unsubscribe

  • Cookie-based analytics: Maximum 14 months

8. Your rights

As a data subject you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — to know what data we process about you

  • Right to rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected

  • Right to erasure — to have your data deleted in some cases

  • Right to restriction — to have processing restricted in some cases

  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format

  • Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interests

  • Right to withdraw consent — without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
